Terms of use
The rules for using HS Math: your account, the lessons and what isn't allowed.
Agreement
By creating an account or using HS Math you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to them with you.
Your account
Use your real name and an email you own, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. An account is for one student. It can be signed in on a limited number of phones at a time; signing in on a new one may sign another out.
Lessons and access
Some lessons are free for everyone. A semester you buy opens every lesson of that semester on your account for as long as we offer it. Access is personal: it can't be shared, sold or moved to another account.
What isn't allowed
- Recording, downloading, copying or sharing lessons, including filming the screen.
- Sharing your account or selling access to it.
- Trying to get around the app's protections, or using rooted or jailbroken phones to do so.
- Using prepaid codes you didn't get from HS Math or one of its sellers.
Lesson videos carry a watermark with your account. If we find lessons shared, we may suspend the account without a refund.
Our content
The lessons, exercises and designs belong to HS Math and Mamosta Marwan. You may watch them for your own study only.
Availability
We work to keep HS Math running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update lessons and features over time.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.
Liability
HS Math helps you study; it doesn't promise any exam result. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using or not being able to use the service.
Changes
We may change these terms. We'll update the date above and tell you about important changes.
